Welcome to the Electrya Dance Competition. By accessing or using this site, registering for competitions, or submitting any materials, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must meet age and category requirements as outlined for each competition.

• All participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration process and provide consent.

• Electrya reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone at its discretion.

2. Registration & Payment

• Registration is complete only after full payment is received.

• Payment methods accepted include Online: Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal. Bank Transfer / ACH: For studios or groups submitting multiple participants. Please contact us for instructions. Checks / Money Orders: Accepted only if sent to Electrya Dance Competition and received before the registration deadline.

• Fees are non-refundable except in cases of competition cancellation by Electrya.

• Electrya reserves the right to cancel or deny registrations if payment is not received or if the participant provides false information.

3. Competition Rules

• All participants must comply with competition rules, including performance duration, music guidelines, and choreography restrictions.

• Electrya reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates rules or engages in inappropriate conduct.

• All decisions of the judges are final.

4. Content Submission & Intellectual Property

• By submitting music, choreography, or videos, you grant Electrya a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials for promotional purposes.

• Participants must only submit content they own or have permission to use.

• Electrya is not responsible for copyright infringement claims resulting from participant submissions.

5. Photography & Videography

• Electrya may record and photograph competitions for marketing and promotional use.

• By participating, you consent to your image, likeness, and performance being used in promotional materials.

6. Liability & Safety

• Participants attend at their own risk. Electrya is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of property during the competition.

• Participants are responsible for their own insurance, health, and safety measures.

7. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior toward staff, judges, and other participants is required at all times.

• Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior may result in disqualification and/or removal from the event.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

• In the event of competition cancellation by Electrya, participants will receive a full refund.

• Electrya reserves the right to modify dates, times, or venues, and participants will be notified as early as possible.

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected during registration is used only for event management and communications.

• Electrya will not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

10. Website Use

• Users agree not to misuse the website, including uploading harmful content or attempting unauthorized access.

• Electrya may suspend or terminate website access at its discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Electrya is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or website use.

• By participating, you release Electrya from claims related to injury, loss, or disputes between participants.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.

• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina

13. Changes to Terms

• Electrya may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Continued use of the website or participation in competitions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
